Try a pasta salad:
colored spiral pasta
carrots
onions
bell pepper
celery
cheese
cooked shrimp or grilled chicken
tossed with a vinegarette.
Cut carrots, onions, bell pepper, celery into small pieces.
Boil pasta until done.

Toss with vinegarette and you have a meal
